  • 1 frozen deep-dish pie crust
  • 1 can deviled ham
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. red pepper (optional)
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped

    Prepare unpricked pie crust on cookie sheet and bake 6 minutes at 450°.

    Remove from oven.

    Reduce oven temperature to 350°. Combine ham, hard-cooked eggs, both cheeses, beaten eggs, cream and pepper.

    Sprinkle with peppers.

    Pour in pie crust and bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
