  • 1 1/2 c. shell pasta
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1 c. cauliflower flowerets
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (6 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. sliced black olives
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 2/3 c. creamy Italian dressing
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium tomato

Directions

    Drain, rinse and chop artichoke hearts.

    Peel, seed and slice avocado.

    Chop tomato.

    Combine everything but avocado and tomato. Chill.
