- 1 can chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 pkg. herb seasoned crumbs
- butter
- 1 carrot, grated
Directions

1Mash squash.

2Add onion, soup, sour cream, carrot, salt and pepper.

3Butter casserole; sprinkle layer of crumbs in bottom. Add squash mixture.

4Cover with crumbs and generous dots of butter on top.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
