- 6 lb. bag Tyson chicken wings and legs
- 4 c. hot sauce (Durkee red hot cayenne pepper sauce)
- 1 stick butter (not margarine)
Directions

1In saucepan, bring hot sauce and butter to a boil.

2With pair of tongs, dip each piece of chicken in hot sauce mixture and then arrange on baking tray.

3Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

4Take tray out of oven.

5Pour off all grease.

6Again, dip each piece of chicken in the remainder of the sauce mixture.

7Bake for another 30 minutes at 400°.

8Take off baking tray immediately and place on serving dish.

9If any sauce mixture is left it could be used for dipping on the table.
