  • 1 regular pkg lemon Jell-O gelatin
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
  • 1 12 cups celery, chopped
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut up
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 12 pint whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 teaspoon flour

Directions

    Drain pineapple, and save juice.

    Prepare Jello according to package directions, and refrigerate 10 minutes, until semi-solid.

    Mix 1 cup of marshmallows, drained pineapple, celery, cut-up cream cheese and pecans into Jello.

    Carefully fold in whipped cream.

    Place in serving dish.

    Heat pineapple juice with flour until thickened.

    Add 1 cup marshmallows to hot pineapple juice and stir until smooth.

    Let cool.

    Top the whipped cream-pineapple mixture with the cooled marshmallow-juice mixture.

    Chill.
