  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained (can be substituted with cubed ham)
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. milk
  • 5 slices bread, broken into small pieces

Directions

    Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer bread, sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture over the layers. Refrigerate overnight.

    Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.
