- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 or 5 medium yams, cooked, peeled and sliced
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Combine sugar and cornstarch; blend well.

2Stir in orange juice and salt; simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.

3Place yams in lightly greased 2-quart casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
