- 2 c. warm milk (115~)
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm milk.

2Mix remaining ingredients together.

3Add milk and yeast.

4Knead on floured surface, making a soft dough.

5Let rise until double in size.

6Make into desired size buns and let rise again until double in size.

7Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
