Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm milk (115~)
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 7 to 7 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm milk.

    Mix remaining ingredients together.

    Add milk and yeast.

    Knead on floured surface, making a soft dough.

    Let rise until double in size.

    Make into desired size buns and let rise again until double in size.

    Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
