- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1Put mixture into plastic bag, then add taters that are quartered.

2(Small potatoes are best and cook quicker.)

3Leave peelings on potatoes.

4Put 3/4 stick of melted oleo in large pan and add potatoes.

5Bake for 50 minutes at 400°.

6Turn halfway through baking.
