    Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 2 minutes.

    Stir and cut the large berries into smaller pieces.

    Add the lemon juice and stir.

    Return the dish to the microwave and cook for ten minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.

    Watch the mixture and stir again, if needed, to prevent the jam from boiling over.

    Test the thickness of the jam by putting a spoonful on a small saucer and placing it into the freezer for a minute.

    This is about how thick your jam will be when it is cooled.
