Ingredients
- 6 to 8 lb. chuck roast
- 2 sticks chopped celery
- 3 chopped onions
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 (24 oz.) ketchup
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cut chuck roast into chunks.

2Put it into big pan or crock-pot.

3Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, then pour over meat.

4Heat to a boil, then cover and simmer for 6 hours or you could bake it in the oven for 6 hours at 300°.

5When you can shred the meat apart with a fork, it's done.

6Shred all your meat and mix.
