Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 lb. chuck roast
  • 2 sticks chopped celery
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 (24 oz.) ketchup
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water

    Cut chuck roast into chunks.

    Put it into big pan or crock-pot.

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, then pour over meat.

    Heat to a boil, then cover and simmer for 6 hours or you could bake it in the oven for 6 hours at 300°.

    When you can shred the meat apart with a fork, it's done.

    Shred all your meat and mix.
