- 16 oz. can salmon
- 1 c. whole milk
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 3 eggs, beaten well
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Pick over salmon carefully.

2Reserve liquid for sauce.

3Mix next 7 ingredients.

4Add salmon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into buttered mold.

5Steam by setting in pan of boiling water at 350° until done, approximately 1 hour.

6Serve with sauce.
