- frozen vegetables
- chickpeas and/or white Great Northern beans
- stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Cook meat and vegetables in pot.

2When almost cooked, add frozen vegetables.

3When all cooked, add chickpeas and/or Great Northern beans and stewed tomatoes.

4Simmer for 30 minutes.

5Skim off fat, if necessary.
