  • 1/4 cups Spanish Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 whole Medium Onion
  • 1/2 whole Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoons Ground Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Vinegar

Directions

    1) Cook garlic, onion, and green pepper in olive oil until the onions are translucent.

    2) Add the tomato sauce, ground oregano, salt and vinegar and cook on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Taste and adjust salt.
