- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt To Taste

Directions

1Whisk together garbanzo bean flour, water, caramelized onions, olive oil and salt.

2Spray pan with a little coconut oil and heat over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into heated pan, per socca. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
