- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz butter / 1/2 a stick
- 3 medium bananas
- 1 12 oz box vanilla wafers
- 3 cup milk
Directions

1In a double boiler mix sugar and cornstarch and slowly add milk.

2Stir constantly until thickens (about 15 min approximately).

3Slightly beat your egg yolks and add about 4 tbsp of your pudding to the yolks and mix together, then add to pudding cooking for 2 more minutes.

4Add your vanilla and butter and stir until butter is melted.

5Let cool for about 15 min.

6While that is cooling cut your bananas and in a 9x9, or 7x11 baking dish later your pan, pudding, bananas, wafers.

7Start with pudding and end with pudding.
