Ingredients

  • 12 12 g oats
  • 12 12 g sultanas (or 1/2 banana)
  • 2 teaspoons wheat bran
  • 1 apple, grated (eating)
  • 150 ml milk (skimmed)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and add honey to taste if required.
  2. 2
    Alternatiely, mix all ingredients (except banana) the night before and leave to soak in skimmed milk.
