- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1In 1 large bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup water and remaining ingredients.

2Beat on low speed for 2 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl.

3With wooden spoon, stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.

4Turn on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and not sticky, about 10 minutes. Divide dough into 5 sections and let set covered for 10 minutes. Roll dough out on floured surface or put through pasta machine. Cut into desired shapes.

5Let dry or cook immediately.
