- 8 large potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. American cheese
Directions

1Slice potatoes round in large baking pan.

2Mix water and cream of mushroom in mixing bowl, then pour over potatoes, salt and pepper.

3Sprinkle with paprika.

4Cover with foil.

5Cook at 250° in oven 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

6Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheese on top.
