- 5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
- 5 tsp. black cracked pepper
- 5 tsp. garlic salt
- 5 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Mix well.

2Refrigerate in covered bowl for 3 days.

3Mix daily. On fourth day, shape into 5 logs.

4Place on broiler pan.

5Bake at 160° for 8 hours.

6Wrap in Saran and foil.

7Keeps in refrigerator a month or can be frozen indefinitely.
