Homemade Blinis

- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl.

2Beat the eggs and yogurt in another bowl.

3Pour into the flour mixture and mix well.

4Season to taste.

5Leave the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for one hour.

6Drop one tablespoon amounts of the batter into an oiled and heated non-stick skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.

7When small holes form on the surface of the blinis, turn them over and cook for a further minute.
