  • 2 c. milk, scalded
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sorghum molasses
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. yeast
  • 4 c. fine whole wheat flour
  • 10 c. hy-gluten flour
