  • 1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 6 to 7 c. flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in small amount of warm water.

    Next, add the oil, sugar and salt.

    Add the egg and beat with mixer until light. Add the cups of warm water and the flour, 1 to 2 cups at a time. Mix with mixer until dough gets too stiff, then mix with wooden spoon.

    Cover and let rise.

    Work down and roll it out on a board. Place in pans.

    Can be put in refrigerator overnight or let rise and bake at 350°.
