- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 (8 oz.) can Durkee French Fried Onions
- 1-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1In a med. bowl, stir potatoes, 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 the onions.

2Spoon into greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish, spread on bottom and up sides to make a shell.

3In another bowl, combine chicken, vegetables, soup and seasonings.

4Pour into potato shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with remaining cheese and onions.

5Put back into oven until cheese melts.
