- 150 grams flour, all-purpose
- 8 grams sugar
- 3 grams yeast, active dry
- 3 grams salt
- 65 milliliters water
- 9 grams butter
- 1/2 large eggs
Directions

1In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

3Add water and egg, mix on low speed for one minute.

4Combine butter and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 to 15 minutes on medium speed.

5Cover the dough with a towel and let rise in a warm place until dough has doubled in volume.

6Punch the dough down and cut dough four pieces.

7Take each piece and roll in to a 12 inch strips.
