Ingredients

  • 2 cans milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar or until sweetened
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 bag ice
  • 1 bag rock salt

Directions

    Beat eggs separately, beat well.

    Mix other ingredients (except ice and salt) together, then add eggs.

    Mix thoroughly. Add to 2-quart ice cream container.

    Fill halfway up with regular milk, then put in ice cream bucket layer of ice, layer of rock salt until filled to the top.

    Turn on ice cream freezer.

    Freeze 20 to 30 minutes until completely frozen.
