- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 cup milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 salt
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
Directions

1Spray 9 x 13 glass casserole dish with cooking spray & set aside

2Cook macaroni in a large pot according to package directions.

3Then drain, rinse & return to large pot & set aside.

4Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.

5Add flour & & con until bubbly (about a minute).

6Add milk slowly & stir until slightly thickened.

7Add cream cheese & stir until completely melted & season with salt.

8Carefully pour cream cheese mixture over the cooked macaroni, stir to combine while adding shredded cheese.

9Pour mixture into casserole dish & bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
