- 4 tablespoons sugar
- vanilla (optional)
- cinnamon (optional)
- nutmeg (optional)

1Wash rice and put into glass baking dish with milk and sugar (add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg if desired) Bake at least 2 hours at 250-300.

2Stir two or three times during cooking.
