- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water (to dissolve yeast)
- 1/2 c. buttermilk, warmed
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Work together all ingredients.

2Knead and place in greased bowl.

3Cover with dish towel and let rise for 2 to 3 hours. Pinch off, dip into melted margarine.

4Bake on greased pan for about 10 minutes or until brown at 425°.
