Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 6 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in warm water.

2Add egg and oil.

3Mix in 2 cups of flour at a time until all mixed.

4Lightly grease bowl; put dough in bowl.

5Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

6(Can keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.)

7Remove dough 2 to 3 hours before baking.

8Grease muffin pan and shape dough into medium size balls.

9Rub tops of balls with butter-flavored Crisco and let rolls raise for 2 to 3 hours.

10(Can cover with light weight towel.)

11Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.

12Makes 18 to 24 rolls.
