Ingredients
- 6 large tomatoes, peeled and cored, chopped into small pieces
- 2 c. green peppers
- 1 c. hot chili peppers (jalapeno)
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (if you want it hot)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in pan and cook for 20 minutes after it comes to a boil.

2Let cook, then refrigerate.

3Makes 1 1/2 quarts. Will keep in refrigerator for a few weeks.
