Ingredients

  • 6 large tomatoes, peeled and cored, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 c. green peppers
  • 1 c. hot chili peppers (jalapeno)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (if you want it hot)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in pan and cook for 20 minutes after it comes to a boil.

    Let cook, then refrigerate.

    Makes 1 1/2 quarts. Will keep in refrigerator for a few weeks.
