- 2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 jalapenos, 1 with seeds, 1 without seeds
- 14 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- salt and pepper
- cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions

1Drain one can of tomatoes and reserve juice.

2Add drained tomatoes, undrained tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalepenos to a food processor.

3Pulse until completely processed.

4If salsa is a little dry, add some of the reserved tomato liquid to desired consistency.

5Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper and cayenne.

6Finish by adding in chopped cilantro.

7Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

8Enjoy with your favorite chips.
