Ingredients
- 1/2 whole Yellow Or Sweet Onion
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeds And Membrane Removed
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15oz)
- 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro
- 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt (or More, Up To 1/2 Tsp, To Taste)
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
Directions

1Cut onion and jalapeno into large chunks and cut the garlic clove in half.

2Place in food processor and pulse a couple times, until roughly chopped.

3Add tomatoes (including liquid), cilantro, lime juice, salt, and cumin.

4Pulse a few times until mixture is combined but still somewhat chunky.

5Do not overmix/liquefy.

6Refrigerate at least one hour before serving (the longer, the better!)

7Serve with tortilla chips.

8Note: for additional heat, you can leave some of the seeds/membrane intact in the jalapeno.
