- 2 lb. short ribs, stew beef or soup bone
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 c. macaroni
- 2 small white potatoes, diced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 small can tomato juice
Directions

1Cook beef separately until well done, seasoned to taste with salt and pepper.

2Using the broth from the beef, add vegetables, cabbage, macaroni and potatoes.

3Cook slowly until all ingredients are well done.

4Then add tomato juice for color.

5Increase ingredients according to size of family.
