- 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
Directions

1Pound out chicken so that it is an even thickness throughout.

2Heat olive oil in pan, salt and pepper both sides of chicken and add it to pan.

3Cook chicken 8 minutes per side or until done.

4Add the balsamic vinegar and honey to the pan and simmer until it thickens (about 1 minute).

5I served this with homemade spaetzle in the picture above.
