  • 1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. JACK DANIEL'S Barbecue Sauce HONEY SMOKEHOUSE
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Directions

    Microwave potatoes as directed on package.

    (Do not mash.)

    Meanwhile, cook and stir bacon in medium skillet on medium heat until crisp.

    Add onions and sugar; mix well.

    Cook 1 min., stirring frequently.

    Remove from heat.

    Place potatoes in large bowl.

    Add butter, milk and barbecue sauce; mash until ingredients are well blended and potatoes are mashed to desired consistency.
