  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TBSP molasses
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBSP yellow mustard
  • 1 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke (there is no substitute that I know of)
