- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cups Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 18 Tablespoons Cayenne Powder
- 3 pounds Chicken Thighs
Directions

1Bring marinade ingredients (everything but the chicken) to a boil.

2Reduce to low heat.

3Simmer and stir occasionally until thick.

4Let cool.

5Pour over chicken and toss.

6Marinate 2 to 3 hours; best if marinated for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

7Grill.

8I use chicken thighs but any cut of meat will do.

9I put everything in a large baggie.

10This makes it an easy cleanup, especially when we are camping.
