- 5 oranges
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
Directions

1Remove peel and white pith from oranges.

2Cut oranges between membranes and release segments into bowl.

3Stir remaining ingredients in small saucepan over medium-low heat just until syrup is bubbling at edges, about 6 minutes.

4Pour mixture over orange segments.

5Refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.
