- 1 c. honey
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. cream (optional)
- cinnamon to taste (optional)
- 4 drops vanilla (optional)
Directions

1Allow butter to stand at room temperature until soft, then thoroughly mix with the honey (either by using a blender or mixer).

2Cover with tight lid and allow to solidify in the refrigerator.

3After that, the honey butter need not be refrigerated.
