- 10 to 12 small young carrots
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley or fresh mint
Directions

1Wash and trim carrots.

2Cook in small amount of boiling salted water for 15 minutes or until tender.

3Drain.

4Melt margarine in a skillet or saucepan.

5Add sugar, honey and carrots.

6Cook over low heat, turning carrots frequently until each is well glazed. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or mint and serve immediately.
