- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.

2Drain; reserve 1/4 cup of carrot liquid.

3Combine reserved liquid, honey, butter and brown sugar. Stir well and pour over carrots.

4Cook over low heat until heated thoroughly.

5Serves 6.
