Honey Carrots

  • 1 lb carrot (frozen or fresh, peeled and sliced)
  • 14 cup honey
  • 14 cup butter, melted (or margarine)
  • 14 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

Directions

    Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.

    Drain, reserve 1/4 cup of the carrot liquid.

    Combine reserved carrot liquid, honey, butter and brown sugar.

    Stir well and pour over carrots.

    Cook over low heat until heated thoroughly.
