- 1 lb carrot (frozen or fresh, peeled and sliced)
- 14 cup honey
- 14 cup butter, melted (or margarine)
- 14 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.

2Drain, reserve 1/4 cup of the carrot liquid.

3Combine reserved carrot liquid, honey, butter and brown sugar.

4Stir well and pour over carrots.

5Cook over low heat until heated thoroughly.
