Name: Honey-Cashew Ranch Dressing
Ingredients: 12 oz. mayonnaise; 5 oz. salad oil; 4 Tbsp. honey; 1 tsp. white vinegar; 1 tsp. lemon juice; 1/4 tsp. teriyaki sauce; 4 Tbsp. cashews, some chopped, others halved; 2 tsp. dill; salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. teriyaki sauce
4 Tbsp. cashews, some chopped, others halved
2 tsp. dill
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put mayonnaise in a mixing bowl and slowly add salad oil; mix until totally combined, then add honey, white vinegar, lemon juice and teriyaki sauce.

Mix thoroughly.

Finally, add the dill and cashews.

Season to taste.

Refrigerate any leftovers.
