  • 1 1/4 liter milk

    Put the honey and the milk in a pot on medium heat.

    Stir until it starts to boil

    Put it at medium heat.

    It mustn t be low but pay attention: if it is too hot it might pour put.

    Stir just every ten minutes.

    After 40minutes, it starts getting thick.

    You will recognize it from the different sound and from the slightly caramel-like colour.

    Now you need to stir, or it risks to burn.

    15minutes later, it should have the consistence of a thick jam.

    Don't worry if it doesn't look moist now.

    Stir it well with the mill.

    Let it cool: it's ready.
