  • 3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice or orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 c. sliced strawberries, raspberries, and/or blueberries

Directions

    In a small saucepan, stir together pineapple juice, honey, cornstarch, and ground ginger.

    Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, cook and stir for 2 minutes more.

    Stir in fruit.

    Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast.
