- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. cream
- 1 sq. chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. nuts
- 1/4 c. honey
Directions

1Boil sugar, milk, cream and chocolate for 5 minutes.

2Add honey and cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water; 236°.

3Remove from heat and allow to cool to 120°.

4Beat until it loses its shiny look.

5Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.

6Cut in 1 inch squares.

7Store in refrigerator.
