  • 1 loaf rye bread (cut crust off and quarter)
  • 1 corned beef brisket (cook in crock-pot the day before)
  • 1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 bag sauerkraut (not canned)
  • 1 large bottle Thousand Island

Directions

    Spray bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Layer: Rye bread, corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, Swiss cheese and rye bread.

    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350° or until brown.
