- 1 (4 to 5 lb.) turkey breast
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat honey, sherry and butter in a saucepan.

2Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and salt.

3Pour honey mixture over turkey breast and let stand, covered in refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours.

4Place turkey breast on smoker grid and baste.

5Baste once again when almost done.
