- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 c. sugar or fructose
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. low-fat milk or soy milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2In medium bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.

3Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.

4Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan.

5Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or just until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
